According to TCPH you will receive communication directly regarding the appointment time for your second dosage. The date on your vaccine card is NOT a confirmed appointment. You will receive a new “second dose” appointment and valid barcode. You should not go to the vaccination site without having received a second dosage appointment communication and confirmation from TCPH.
The parking lot is open but it's not designated overnight parking so I dont know the legalities of it

Keep the text. Take your card that was given to you from the first shot. Keep the time that was assigned to you. You shouldn't have any problems.
They provided a 2 hour window for 2nd shot vaccinations, so it stands to reason they would try to accommodate you on the day of, just be patient. The staff is efficient and helpful. Hopefully an official can answer, but you might direct the question to the Arlington Fire Department as they are assisting FEMA with vaccinations

Its actually the Arlington Convention Center. Parking is almost never free. Cost is between $5 to $20 during a sporting event.
Hello Farley, the roads are okay! The convention is not cancelled. I can't speak for the roads to or from Carrollton but it's okay in the area. We have tons of people lined up already for the Reptile Show.
You may be able to bring a drink with you but it depends what type of event you are going to...Trade Show NO PROBLEM to walk in with a drink in hand , BUT if you are going to a concert type event...very doubtful
