If you need audio for your vehicle, I highly recommend that you trust Earmark Car Audio in Plano, TX. I went there knowing what I wanted, but having no idea about choosing products that would get me there. Johnny takes care of all that, and the purchase and installation went exactly as promised. After a post-installation tutorial for a tech-impaired senior, I was on my way with what felt like a brand new car. I am a HAPPY customer and will return for any car audio needs in the future. I highly recommend Earmark! 🎉

The staff here are very professional and helpful. I was helped by Johnny. I called him up regarding details of a new head unit and camera install and he gave me several options to choose from and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend Earmark in plano.

Nope. I have tried coming here twice to upgrade my subs. Johnny is the "sales" guy there, and he's pretty arrogant and condensending for such a young little guy. But, I guess Earmark js so well off they can pass on new sub purchases and new box builds. And I'm wondering, are you guys owned by JL Audio? Johnny just wouldn't even entertain any other brand. Trash talked every other brand. Continued to tell me how to spend my money, even after I explained pretty specifically what I was looking to do and to spend, yet he continued to train on his financial advisory job and felt he should also tell me how to invest my own earned money. I have given this location 2 separate chances and Johnny has failed both times. The first time I was expecting to spend about $4k ariund 6 months ago, and two days ago I was expecting to spend about $2500. So great job Earmark for making sure your customers know where they stand and if they are good enough for you. Terrible business practices. If sales are suffering, look at Johnny. Do not work with that guy. I am a little excited to see how they respond to this. That could also show how they do business. What a waste of real estate. A dying niche in the audio industry, and not a sales rep to care for consumers. So much money going else where.

All state guidelines for Covid safety are followed. Employees and customers maintain safe social distancing, and sales terminals are kept at least 12' apart. Masks are provided for anyone who wants one, and employees wear masks, if requested, even when maintaining a safe distance. Hand sanitizer is provided in all areas of the store and the common areas are disinfected throughout the day. We are keeping the number of people inside the building below 25% of the occupancy limit.
I just had Pioneer AVH-2500NEX which does both apple and android put in my Dodge work truck with bluetooth and backup camera. They may still have special on it but it gives you Waze, spotify, DVD, HD radio, etc. Hope that helps👍
We price our products/procedures as an installed package depending on the scope of the job. We don't "sell" labor by the hour or install items that we didn't sell. What were you looking to have installed?
If that's something that vehicle offers on higher trim levels probably not due to the Toyota software that will need to be installed plus they will have to buy the cameras from Toyota since those cameras are located in the mirrors and the trunk lid and the front, now if you're looking for a universal birds eye (which may or may not be a thing) then yes they definitely can but if you're wanting a feature that is offered on a higher trim level I would just go to the dealership because your vehicle technically already has everything it'll need (ie wiring, flush hidden cameras, software, perfect placement locations) all they'll need to do is put on the hardware and unlock the software earmark is more for the aftermarket not an oe upgrade
They can but be sure to check your local laws regarding cb radios it's surprisingly illegal
