The staff is hit or miss even the store manager who can be a bit cold and argumentative. In fact I am now lowering my score due to this store manager. For years I have given them a 3 star rating, but enough is enough. Products are routinely mislabeled, shelf price is lower than register, price is member only or not clearly indicated, or Products are missshelved. They won't honor price. We aren't talking a buck here, we are talking 20, 50, even a couple hundred dollars. It is deceptive advertising. I am done I will pay more at a competitor.
