My service technician, whose name was Chris, came out to change out the old rusted blades on my riding mower. He used the winch on his van, jacked up the mower, and changed out the blades within minutes of arriving! I have used Chris before and always try to request him for any service repair that I need! He is professional, courteous, punctual, knowledgeable and overall good-natured! He takes the time out to explain everything that is going on to me. I will not hesitate to call upon his services again in the future!

I was able to schedule everything online and got several confirmations, then a phone call the day the technician came for the service. * Great tech had all the knowledge. If only the rest of the sears people know what they are doing instead of causing the loss of customers. The solution is proper TRAINING.
