Worst experience ever! Shame on them. The Manager is void a heart. Anyone and Everyone, avoid this place if you care for your loved ones. I paid to have my son cremated and they continued on different occasions to misspell his name, lost the shirt he was wearing for viewing and who even knows if this is his body in the urn. Makeup was done very poorly for viewing and all I can say to my sons spirit is, I am sorry. I did not know. Regardless if you are on a limited budget as I was , please , for your loved ones sake, don’t leave them in the care of these people!

Very nice people! They picked up my mother and were very polite, and I received a phone call when she had been cremated and ready to be picked up. Nice staff!

I buried both if my parents through them and most recently my husband. I would highly recommend them..I then also recommended my sister's cremation through them via my brother inmlaw cremation through them

I’m so very disappointed ,my family has used Lind Brothers for twenty years.Recently I lost my sister in Oct.2019,only to receive the wrong urn that had been previously paid for .Again only a month ago my precious brother died unexpectedly so once again we reached out to Lind Brothers .Can you imagine how important it was to collect his ashes ,in so much pain ,to discover that the urn we selected was a plastic box ?We immediately returned it an with much apology we did get the correct urn.I would also like to add that WE had to call in order to retrieve his remains.He died alone in a hospital that wouldn’t allow a family member to be at his side.I have no clue as to when he was taken to Lind Brothers or when he was cremated.
