I’ve been working with The Commons at Union Ranch for 3 months now and I absolutely love my job!! Great place for the elderly. From management to employees they all make you feel very welcomed. The community itself is very warming and feels like home! Residents treated with love and care, Management and employees work as a team to help out one another to make it as easy for residents as possible. I highly recommend this community as a place to call home for loved ones closest to you.

DeAnna in the Sales Department made our very quick visit enjoyable and most accommodating. She truly heard what our needs were and bent over backwards to accommodate us. This is a beautiful Assisted living Residence for your loved one. It's completely updated, very warm and just like home. The Residents all are very happy and the staff seem very happy as well. It is small enough to know you by name, yet very professional. It was a huge Blessing to be referred to The Commons and Deanna made the transition very easy and fast. She went out of her way to help us. Thank you Deanna for an excellent job. You truly are an awesome asset to the already great residence. We appreciate you very much! Many opportunities for advancement. If you enjoy working with the elderly then this place is great. An employee can start in one department and transfer to another if they want a change in duties. I have been working here for over two years and many things have changed for the better with the new MBK ownership. They donate to the community and have many benefits and amenities for the residents to take advantage of.

Worst job I’ve ever had. There’s no communication between employees, especially through the manager and supervisors. The residents have told me how much they are mistreated, do not work here unless you truly care for the elderly please!
