I’ve had great experiences at Valley Oak Dental for my children. We started on the Just For Kids side with Dr Mathews, but soon after becoming patients, she was gone and one of my kids still needed treatment. Valley Oak worked with me to find a dentist that took my insurance on the adult side and scheduled us swiftly. My son had never had a dental treatment before but he was comfortable and at ease with Dr. Shereef and the staff. It’s also very calm inside the office, makes it enjoyable to come in to appointments. Thank you!

Awesome friendly staff. Scheduling was simple and fast. The Staff updated me with any change to schedule. I had another staff member go over insurance and cost. I can't be any more happy as a patient. It's been over 20 years and these ladies treated me great. This is after booking appointments with Western dental, Stadium dental, and Brite dental. None of those places updated me with changes to schedule and later cancelled or pushed back another 2 weeks from expected appointment without notice.

Price is everything, anyone can clean teeth. I was quoted 140 on the phone prior to the day of the cleaning, then after cleaning was completed they charged me 230 before I asked for my discount, then they only took 15% off. They scammed me, lied to me. Untrustworthy. Never going back without insurance. Update: it turns out that they tacked on another service without notifying me prior to the cleaning operation. I had to find out from the cashier why the upcharge!

Disappointed with the scheduling a tooth repair they are rude to you they only work around their scheduling not yours I being with them for over 12 years and they don't care I'm thinking to take my family to somewhere else that they care about your needs.
