Looks like it's a low income apartment complex. Not much space inside but OK for a two person family. Parking lot is not a comfortable ride because pavement is not repaired. Speed bumps are small and can mess up your car. Too much requested for rent due to the sight of the rooms sizes and the kitchen size.

WORST apartments ever! The apartments are way pricey they cost more than a $1,750 for a two bedroom plus the $70 for trash and are infested by cockroaches. Ohh did I mention you also need to pay for apt insurance as well .Definitely NOT worth the price !!There are no parking spaces available. If you park your car on a incorrect space be prepared to have your car towed away or your neighbors yelling at you . The inside of the apartments are literally falling apart. When you let management know of any repairs you need , you might be charged for repairs or they just don’t care and will ignore your request. You have a balcony but you are not allowed to add any items there . No plants 🌱, no barbecue allowed , nothing ! What is the point then ? I’m tired of the coachroaches ,save your money and inconvenience of dealing with rude unprofessional management and parking struggles . These apartments are not worth your money or energy . These pictures posted of the apartments are a lie apts are in terrible condition! Management are unprofessional!

Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!! I tried to deep clean my room today and the AMOUNT OF ROACHES IS UNBEARABLE!!! No matter how much you clean they don’t go away! If a neighbor has them they go throw the vents and you’ll have them too. ITS INFESTED there’s no escaping them!

Bad management rip off.
