Rent to their luxury pontoon boat for a 1/2 day. Had a great time although the radio was broken. For now renting a few times a year till I decide if I want to buy one. People were all very nice and boat was nice and clean!

Fun times with friends. Food service was very slow since it comes from off-site. Decent selection of on tap beer. The live band was too loud for me but seating a little farther away helped that.

Ran up on this place by mistake but ended up having church on a dock surrounded by water, boats and beautiful housing. The people were so friendly and welcoming. I'll be back 🤞🏾

Across the way from the marina. No fishing allowed at the marina, but you can fish on the bank where the boat ramp is.

Last year when I visited,they were in the process of making live bait available.. .. ..
There is a campground right up the road but Lucy's branch is a marina with a bar restaurant and a hotel there.
I would contact the management and extend your service to them.
Boat slip is average 125 per month, however, it depends on the size of boat what type slip will be required
They do have rental houses on the river for large family vacations and a hotel. Not sure about condo rentals?
