Almost impossible to get ahold of the front office. Rude administrative employees. Unprofessional doctors. They are slow to act in emergencies and quick to blame, even when it’s very clearly their incompetence that has caused problems.

I've been a patient at Garden State for about a year and a half now... Everyone I've dealt with have been the absolute best...Diane,Brian, Dr Groves and Sharon from the office... they genuinely care about there patients....they go above and beyond to make sure the patient ( me ) is receiving the care and guidance they need...overall a great staff and services..I highly recommend them.

What a waste of time. I've been scheduled with three seperate psychiatrists in the last year, they cancel or reschedule will nilly and then when you get upset that they messed with your appointment they get rude with YOU like it was your fault.

I am beginning to doubt the previous reviews before we decided to make an appointment/consultation with this office BEACAUSE NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU FROM THEIR OFFICE WHEN U HAVE IMPORTANT MEDICAL QUESTION TO ASK, even after leaving multiple messages and emails for a week or two. I feel like they don't care about their patients. The service is below, below average.
