Yes they do have swiming lessons, but I belive the baby has to be 6 months old and has to have a YMCA card which is $75 for the year and then for the mommy and me course it's an extra $59 and that's here in Woodbury New Jersey
Yes they do. Silver Sneakers program with most insurance programs. Especially offering an floor aerobics for seniors in the gym. Silver Splash . exercise program in the water. This is very invigorating and no pain from exercising. Another class is Arm Chair Yoga. This Y is very reasonably priced compared to other YMCA' S. YOU don't have to know how to swim. The members are very friendly and caring.

I think your best bet would be to Google their phone number and ask one of the employees or manager. I believe swimming to be the best exercise.
Yes and no. I am a lifeguard there and you cannot hire a lifeguard directly from the ymca but i can ask around if anyone would like to work you're reunion if you would like
