The lady got mad just for me trying to order. Ridiculous u apply at a job then get upset when u have to do it, sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes no answer pull around to the window to see a lady then she disappears i ask the guy can i order here real quick and he ask the lady and she yells something so i just pulled off don’t waist ya time 🤦🏾‍♂️😭

The line took foreverrrrr like over 30 min just to find outt the icecream machine was down or turned off . The lone wasnt even that long and no obe was taking orders at the speaker, maybe they had technical difficulties. Idk, WAS NOT WELL MANAGED.

Have friends in this neighborhood, and the entire area calls it the "Bad McDonalds". I've never been here where I haven't waited more than 20 minutes in drive-thru, in restaurant or at curbside. There is constant yelling from the kitchen, no management to be seen and just an overall awful experience, even for a McD's.

Edgewood Maryland has the worst McDonald’s. The wait for food is so long. I wouldn’t mind waiting if at the end the food was nice and hot but that’s not the case here. No matter when you go the food is cold and the wait is long. The order is also bound to be wrong and or missing food. The place is dirty inside and should not be allowed to serve food. It’s so disappointing because it’s the only 24hr McDonalds in the Edgewood area.If you do want late nights eats this McDonald’s is not the place. All the reviews on how bad this place is and still nothing has been done about it.
