I stopped in the Edgewood MD store about an hour prior to closing and ordered a 15 piece chicken and four sides. The chicken was either over cooked or recooked. It was dry. The coleslaw had to be thrown out it was so bad. The mashed potatoes and “beef” gravy wasn’t bad. The macaroni salad was good, did not get to try the Mac and cheese, but did look good. Grandson ate that before I could get to it ( must have been good). I have been to other NYFC and was happy with them. I was debating between here and a Popeyes across the street. Think I made the wrong decision.

The food is good, the fries are perfect and it's halal foodb; but mostly I enjoy the friendly service that is offered. It is hard to find great service in a carryout environment.

I love this place! Seems to be very family oriented. It's the kind of place where they remember what you usually order. Food is always good and staff is always friendly.

I called and complained one time about a small chicken breast I received and they blocked me from being able to order ever again. That just shows how much they care about their customers who spend a lot of money with them. I will never spend there ever again even if it was the last place to eat on the planet.
