We booked one room for 69 nights to accommodate a STEM Internship 2 months in advance. Prior to the check-in date, we called to make sure everything was in order and there was very poor communication when attempting to do so. The front desk associate seemed very unorganized and under-trained. Additionally, once our intern arrived to the hotel he made us aware of the room conditions. He found bugs immediately after checking in and the room was in generally poor condition. We then had to make last minute reservations for our intern elsewhere. This was a major inconvenience and did not reflect well on our company. We will not consider this location in the future.

I have stayed here several times and enjoyed it. I did not check out the pool, sorry. They recently upgraded their breakfast, and for a hotel, a very nice selection!

Hotel manager was very rude. “Continental breakfast” was a bag with a frozen jimmy dean pancake on a stick, a packaged very processed muffin and a yogurt. When we asked for an extra muffin since we are vegetarian he refused. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. We were rushed out of the hotel before check out. Avoid this place.

So this stay was actually ok, facility was fine. However, this one star comes from the response from the front desk to an issue casually presented. We had some Chinese takeout in the room last night. So naturally there was a takeout bag with a few leftover items and trash. Throughout the night we were woken repeatedly by a very persistent and loud group of mice having the time of their lives in that bag. Full on party! Really quite honestly not that big of a deal to me. I was not extremely bothered. However, the next morning when turning in our key I mentioned to the front desk about the mice. The expected response was "We are so sorry, we will set traps and take care of that right away ". You know, typical hospitality response. I was a bit surprised when the front desk response was that it can happen, and they recommended we take any trash items immediately out to their dumpster outside during our stay. It was 20 degrees out... I'm not walking small bag of takeout out to the dumpster the dark at 20 degrees in the middle of the night. Asking your patrons to cover to for your mistake is not the way in hospitality land. So one star it is for dropping the ball on what could have been the easiest 5 start effort, with some effort and concern put in to a vermin problem. Oh! And all the items in the business center were not functional. Needed a printer. The front desk responses was to go over to the next hotel, La Quinta, and use theirs!
