Fries were cold and Chicken was dry ... had to pull up and wait for fries ... for that very reason I'm taking a Star Away ... don't play when it comes to my fries lol

I would give them - stars if I could. My husband and mother in-law did drive-thru. Ordered 2 spicy chicken combos, 1 3pcs chicken combo. They got the drinks first and was told to wait upfront while other customers behinds is got their foods right away. After wait, my husband went back and asked about the food they ordered. The lady at the counter threw the bags and started cursing at him. When they opened the bag, there were no ketchup or jelly no utensils what so ever. So he went back and asked for those things and the lady started insulting him and cursing him because she thought that he couldn’t understand. When they opened up the chicken sandwich, there was literally bread, chicken piece, and sauce. Are you serious? They need to train those undereducated people how to treat their customers equally. I am going to report this matter everywhere. This is not KFC that I’ve always enjoyed. Don’t go and hell their business
