We took our Border Collie/Golden Retriever mix, Maya, and her sister, Lola, a chihuahua/ Italian greyhound mix, here, many times. It was so fun for them. It is THE best place for your pets to have so much fun, my husband called it the Disneyland for Dogs!!!

My parents have been bringing their two standard poodles to this place for some time, and up until recently they had wonderful experiences. However, when they picked their dogs up this time, the staff had used a shock collar on the older dog in spite of my parents specifically saying not to do that, since it stresses her out. Even worse, she had eye ulcers, apparently from another dog attacking her, that had been left untreated, and my parents had to take her to the vet. Luckily she seems to be fine, but she could have lost her sight or had other complications. This just strikes me as horrifyingly negligent and unprofessional: if a dog gets injured, you treat it ASAP, and not doing so is, simply, unacceptably negligent. If my cat had an injured eye and the person I had trusted to take care of her didn't get it treated, I would be livid, and I'm very fond of this dog so I got pretty angry when this happened. This particular dog gets medicated to help her avoid seizures, and she doesn't need more stressors and injuries added onto that. I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews normally, but I was disgusted to find out this had happened. My parents are never taking their dogs here again, and I would not recommend this place. Find somebody or someplace that will actually bother to take responsibility for accidents and injuries.

Hi Gary, I can't tell when you left this message so I'm sorry if this response is delayed. I think the spray or gel may have been BioVetTrex that we got from our Vet but was also available online. I think it's now called Anasep. Make sure to ask your Vet first :)
Hi! Day care rates start at $30 a day but you can buy packages of 10, 15 or even an unlimited monthly package that discount it considerably.
