At Young Medical Spa customer service is excellent. I was not impressed with results. I received Botox treatment for forehead folds. It was unsuccessful. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the spa. Without any objection they set up another appointment for me and I received additional injections at no additional cost. Still results were unsatisfactory. I gave up. After two attempts there is no reason for me to believe a third will be successful

Went in for Botox. Everything ok, until went back next time for fillers on my face specifically Under my eyes…. HORRIBLE is being 2 weeks in a half and still have some bumps under my right eye, that even got WORST in the process to be “corrected” so unhappy. On top of that the price was totally different to the one was provided for me first time . As an “evaluation “.. I DO NOT recommend this place. When I see my face I get depress and disappointed from the results ..

Hi Vicki. Thanks for your question. Insurance companies do not cover most aesthetic procedures. There needs to be a medical reason.
Hi Vicki. Dermal filler products are sold in individual syringes and are priced differently depending on which one your provider recommends. This is why we offer complimentary consultations.
While this type of procedure is considered to be “permanent”, one must remember that we continue to age and skin continues to lose collagen and sag.
