I must say my daughter had an excellent experience at Belmont. To be honest I don't have any complaints. Every time I called with concerns or questions my daughter's social worker Samantha listened and explained things. Never did any of the staff disrespect myself nor my daughter. I want to thank everyone for all the support you gave to my daughter.I am so grateful for you all.

Our Daughter stayed here for thirty days. The communication was 110% horrible. Phones are never answered, calls not returned. Overall, therapy/treatment were good. Kids on ward curse, yelling. (Staff we heard cursing in background, too) We had gone to pickup our Daughter, no Discharge meeting, explaining meds ect. We had No Pyschiatrist in place, left to figure out. Some favoritism from Staff. Britney L (social worker) went above and beyond for our child. Absolutely loves those kids and has a heart of GOLD!!!! Overall, we had No BIG problems. 4 🌟

No.
Each person in the facility has a list of people who are allowed to call them. Those people are allowed to call during no session / free time (what those times are depends on the unit). The person who is in the facility also has access to the phone to call outside during free time.
They do if you are already prescribed it and it can be verified.
No

they kept one of my friends there for over a year
No, they've done a huge amount of construction on the site over the past few years. The old inpatient hospital is still standing, but there are two brand new buildings on either side of it now. The building to the right of the old hospital is where you go for therapy, support groups, TMS, and medication management. The inpatient hospital is still open for ECT, administrative offices, and obviously, inpatient stays. The old parking lot is still there, but due to the construction, there are only a handful of spaces available. Be prepared to look for on-street parking.
B in the inpatient and outpatient.
Yes, usually just family & must be on an approved visitation list.
Yes
Thanks Corey, do you know what time they close? I'm looking for an evening hours clinic to refer a client.

No
Yes patients can call out
Last time I knew there were no little kids allowed to visit
Yes!
There is no specific religious therapist and they accept cbh and other public insurances I believe. You have to call about private insurance.
Yes I believe that they do offer transit services provided you qualify and are in their district. I'm assuming you're receiving ECT outpatient.
Only if she is not a threat to herself or anyone else. Her Dr would be the one to discuss that with you
Yes every unit has different visiting hours and days though .
