Pretty expensive. Very small apartments. Rent goes up every year without fail. Got a neighbor who has like 10 cars parked in the complex. Nothings being done about it.. I like the open parking spaces but not when it's open to one guy hogging it. Maintenance workers and security are nice people.

Please don’t apply for these apartments I got approved but they wouldn’t even let me see the unit. It was also a candle light by my unit and the patio is very molded I also been waiting for my money back it’s been over three weeks. They management is very rude. I wouldn’t reccomand anybody moving here at all. I still have to wait another 21 days just for them to send my application money back.

They never answer never my water heater wasn’t fixed on until almost a week later... seen about 4 roaches since I moved in late November... they exterminated haven’t seen one since. They need white people working in these offices, they’re much nicer and attentive.

I don't think there is. The rent is fairly high..in my opinion.... And at times it can get pretty ghetto. Alot of people there are also very lazy because they cant even seem to thre throw their trash in the garbage, it's always all over the place round three trash can areas
