Vivian the apartment manager is the best, she responds to our mentanance needs swiftly, she is very accommodating,patient, understanding above all awesome I will miss Vintage Square majorly for Vivian’s sake aside the cleanliness and quiet neighborhood. They also have the best mentanance team, happy people, helpful, swift. Thank you Julio, Alex, once again thank you Vivian.

My husband and I lived at Vintage Square for 5 years and it’s been nothing but pleasant memories. I even gave birth to one of my children on the floor in the living room 😁. I had requested carpet cleaning a week before and Vivian responded immediately not knowing I would have my baby on the carpet. I have nothing but positive things to say about vintage square. To all the managements and maintenance crew (Julio), I say a big THANK YOU for always being so accommodating to all our needs. Godwins and I are so grateful. 😊🤍

The apartments themselves seem very nice, which is why I applied and spent $47.25 on an application which is a bit much anyway. I applied and they happily took my money, but when I went back the next day to see if they still had the apartment advertised, it was gone which leads me to believe they took my money for an apartment that was no longer available. I am confused because I expressed interest and they emailed me and texted me from an automated number with the apartment application link, but never followed back up with me so I feel like I was cheated out of my money when I never had a chance to get the apartment in the first place because it wasn’t truly available. I know the application fee states non refundable, but in an instant like this my money needs to be given back; especially since you all failed to update your site as you should do daily or when you know an an apartment is no longer available instead of taking people’s money that you should not be taking.

Very attentive at the beginning of the application process but after submitting our information and paying the application fee they did not update us on our status. After almost 2 weeks we finally received a text saying we were denied but they could not provide us a reasoning, the leasing office claimed that they could not give us a reason as to why we were denied due to it being “personal information” and the denial letter would provide us more information, however, no where in the letter did it give any reasoning. We attempted to contact them for further information as to why we were denied and left multiple voicemails but no one has contacted us back, very unprofessional.
