My experience with the Inglewood Oaks Apartments looks very clean very quiet and a couple of times a day and night to see how tenants are during the day and evening and still looks very quiet. Ms. Tenya been very understanding she has gone through me step-by-step with my contract my lease so far I have not seen one bad thing about Inglewood Oaks Apartments.

The manager is a liar!! She will make everything look so good and seem like it's going to be perfect. She will definitely sell you a dream especially if its your first place. They'll say if your income changes they'll get your rent lowered and they're going to help you whatever it takes. But once they get you locked in the lease they will do anything to get you out! Your rent can increase at least once during your lease and you're still responsible for the increase according to their LIHTC Addendum that helps and protects them not the residents(minus 13 units out of 65) or you can break the lease and be responsible for the remaining payments left on the lease including the increase. DON'T SET YOURSELF UP WITH THIS PLACE. Not to mention the many maintenance issues that I've encountered in this short amount of time things that still are not fixed. Be careful!!!

This apartment is fraudulent it's a waste of Time to come here. As soon as they find an opportunity they'll try to evict you. They lie about the utilities they cover and the landlord csnca be trusted if I was you I'll stay away from this place if you don't want any drama because that's what your getting here they don't care sboab people they just want to keep kick people out just to keep renting to other people to repeat the same thing it's not worth it

If you don't wanna get ripped off. Then stay away from this place. I ended up paying 1500 extra for things I didn't had pay but didn't any evictions on my record so I didn't argue.
