I lived at Morada Crossings Apartments for a miserable four months. My first floor apartment was a torture chamber due to multiple code violations. The property's website selectively includes only positive reviews. Don’t let the advertising replete with overuse of superlative adjectives fool you. There is absolutely nothing blissful or luxurious about Morada Crossings Apartments. Dishonesty and greed abound. A few major issues include filthy grounds, no security, constantly broken gates, and severe noise problems due to defective construction. I was accosted twice while living there, and my son’s car was stolen from our one assigned spot. “Security” did nothing; we had to beg and plead for weeks for camera footage—and when they finally provided about 4 minutes of video, they omitted the footage from the camera that would have clearly showed the face of the criminal. Our family’s full experience is far too complex to detail here and now. For the moment, I'm simply attempting to provide a Public Service Announcement to anyone considering moving into Morada Crossings Apartments. Do not.

I cannot express enough how incredible the staff is here. I was going to be leaving the apartment complex early for work purposes, but then 9 hours before i was suppose to move out I had a family emergency. I went to the complex employees immediately. They were not only sympathetic to my situation but worked endlessly to get my original lease back, keep me in my unit, move the new tenant to a different unit and waive the $425 fee. They called me constantly to keep me updated and check in with my situation emotionally. On top of how incredible the staff is, my apartment is stunning. It’s brand new, gorgeous, modern esthetics, modern appliances and very quite. The gym is a great essential type of gym, the pool is STUNNING, and the covered parking keeps your car cool in the summer. A very safe complex and in a great location I will stay in this complex for a long time.

Yes, there are additional fees. The base rent price you see listed on the website only includes the unit itself, nothing else. We put this price out to the public eye due to the fact that this is the price we use to qualify all applicants when checking for the gross monthly income to meet or exceed 3x the amount of rent. You can expect to pay small fees for utilities,, parking, package lockers, security, and renter’s insurance. Contact our leasing office for more specifics on our fees and pricing.
Yes, we have a specific phone number our residents can call 24-hours a day that will allow them to report the emergency and notify the maintenance team right away. You can rest assured that our maintenance team is there to help and will ensure you have a fully functional unit at all times!
Here at Morada Crossings we offer luxurious resort-style amenities and while a playground is not one of them, we pride ourselves on being a great location that is near some wonderful parks, schools, and shopping centers! Ask our team for more information on what is nearby and fun things to do within the area – they have some great recommendations!
We cannot guarantee safety but we do take as many precautions as we can. We are a gated community and have 24 hour surveillance to help minimize any crime here at Morada Crossings.
