Put their massive construction sign into our garden bed crushing my plants. I have seen these signs in bike lanes or on the sidewalk before so I'm not sure how a private garden bed seemed any better or appropriate.

They send out door tags with the wrong date, when they send them out at all. they have destroyed my son’s basketball hoop, lied and refused to replace it!

ADA County roads department refuses to fix dangerous and unsightly road conditions. When called out to look at damaged roads their representatives say get in line, we are too busy to be bothered with your issues! We are working in other areas and do not know when if ever we will get to your trivial problem! Another County agency run by people who demand more and more tax money while disrespecting the tax payer!

I called ACHD for some “clean-up”, including a bit of ground leveling and some dirt, sand, rock mix to fix their right of way leading into our driveway. A mess was created by new construction across the alley and the addition of an irrigation box. I made 1 phone call on Wednesday 5/25/22. The receptionist said she would forward my concerns. A fellow by the name of Brad, telephoned me the very next day, Thursday 5/26/22 and we discussed the situation. He said he was happy to look at the area, but my job would be scheduled around 4-6 weeks out,, due to the beginning of the chip-ceiling schedule. I had no problem with the delay, willing to wait to get help. Wait, there’s great 👍 news! Today, Friday 5/27/23, I received a call from Brad around 3:00 that their work scheduled had changed and they were going to address my request NOW/TODAY! We happened to be in the area of the project snd we met them there. They worked so hard and we’re very professional. They were all friendly and seemed to enjoy their work! We offered to buy them all a cold drink, but they very politely declined - that they could not take the money to get drinks for the crew! We hope that current Management and the County realize what a WONDERFUL crew that was sent out on our job! Kudos to each and every one of them! God every one of them! Most Sincerely and thankful!🙏 We just thought they deserve some recognition.

Go to the ACHD website and fill out a tellus report they will investigate it. If you leave your phone number they will reply back to you.

The corner Myrtle and 9th is dangerous for pedestrians ...cars turning very close to you in the cross walk or not being able to see you at all when you step off the curb on a walk sign....

Myrtle is an ITD road and I believe those sidewalks belong to them. I hope that helps...

Why don't the large gravel trucks keep the speed limit on Wildwood while doing large road project on Montana and Wildwood? I am to keep the speed limit......why don't very large trucks full of gravel do the same? G. Hall

They should.. that's why it's a "speed limit"
