Good morning John! I have listed some basic instructions below but please call us if you have any issues setting up your remote and we would be happy to walk you through it! You can call us at 844-303-4237. 1. Turn your TV on 2. Press and hold SETUP until LED light blinks twice 3. Press the applicable mode key (in this case, the TV key) 4. Point remote at device then press and hold the OK key. Release OK as soon as the device turns off. Note: You may need to hold OK for up to 30 seconds.

Why does your policy require a Social Security Number for service when your managers state that "it's just for our records?" How can you justify this practice with identity theft on the rise and with the ubiquity of other numbers (driver's license)?
