Who in this day and age can't take a payment online or over the phone?

Wish the website listed Ditch Rider contact information so a land owner can know who to call. Never notified if there is a change of ditch riders from year to year. Cannot order water on the web, but must drive to a mailbox and turn in a card or, if you can, they have never told this customer how. Appreciate the reliability of the water delivery and the management of their water resources. A+ on water mangement, D- on utilization of the internet to support customers.

You can look at your water usage report online to see how much water you have left.
Changing the flow is done exactly like adding a water order. You choose the date on the calendar and on the next screen you put in what your new flow will be. Do not put in the difference between the new flow and the old flow, just enter the flow that you want to receive.
