You dont need an appointment. You can apply online or get the application at the durango office and drop it off.. Avoid the middle of the month. First time applicants will need to stay and see a case worker.

Medicaid doesn't transfer from state to state. You will have reapply here in Nevada for Nevada Medicaid services.
