How are you supposed to pay a balance if you don’t answer the phone or reply to emails. You keep sending me emails saying I owe 81 cents from years ago but won’t answer or return emails or call back from the stupid answering service!

The management is terrible. I accidentally got locked out of my room and went to the leasing office for them to unlock it. I got there 10 mins after they closed. They see me knocking and just ignore me. Luckily, one of the employees Des went out and helped me. I heard the other employees there telling him to just ignore me. If it wasn’t for him, I would have had to wait an entire night locked out of my room. So other than Des, don’t expect any help from the staff.

Don't live here. Seriousness aside, to answer your question the gym & study areas are located in the leasing office and close based on it's hours of operation. A staff member will do a walkthrough while closing up and will let you know they're closing. Edit 8/5 I don't think I can add multiple answers so I'll just add to it. As far as I know it's always been like this. I'm sure if this place ever had "golden years" you could, but for now you can't access the gym or study rooms if the leasing office is close.

When someone invests in building a parking garage for residents and authorized tenants of those surrounding businesses. If you ask me, it would be a sound financial investment to build like a 8 story parking garage. And I will put my name in for its security patrol.
