We bought our used 2010 Chevy Traverse six years ago from the Mountain Home Auto Ranch. The entire process of purchase was easy, and they were so helpful and guided me. They delivered the car to eagle Idaho two days later after the paper work went through. The next day the vehicle ended up having a major leak, that was not covered by the Extra warranty, they ended up fixing everything. With no cost to me. I have continued to bring my car to the meridian location for repairs, not that there ahas been a lot, but it is an older vehicle. Two weeks ago I brought it in to get the AC repaired, They we're as careful as always, and in addition to fixing my air conditioning at the agreed cost and changing my oil they fixed my grill on the front and my license plate that had been bent and dislocated during a fender bender. There was no major repair but just that they took the time to resituate and attach the grill and take the time to unbend my license plate. They went above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle we will definitely be going back to Auto ranch.

Called for an issue I was having with my truck, was seen the next day. The guys kept me posted on what was going on and they got the problem fixed very quickly. It was also very affordable. Would definitely recommend the service department at Meridian Auto Ranch to anyone.

Great experience & Honest people, Lonn and David very worked to get us the car we wanted - literally the smoothest and stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Hi Phillip. Our promotion offers a $500 prepaid fuel card with any vehicle purchase, a full tank of fuel at delivery and one year maintenance. The day before we launched this campaign the White House came out with their original statement blaming Putin for the high cost of fuel and inflation. The language of the promotion was changed to poke fun at the White House's blaming of Putin, and the that's how we came up with "Putin Free Purchase" promotion. It is intended to be a light-hearted joke about perception of Putin being responsible for ongoing inflation and rising fuel prices. We like to clarify any negative feedback we receive from anyone who takes the language of the promotion literally, and are upset by our reference to 'Putin Price Hikes'. We have received great feedback from customers who appreciate the humor and love the $500 fuel card with their vehicle purchase. Mask, social distancing the regular stuff. These guys are so nice. Can't go wrong with them. Very well kept vehicles. Clean some still have warranty and good condition all around. See Stephen he's very kind. They will treat you right. Get the best deal.
