The service we received from Drew was great! The hostess was also lovely. I've gotten steaks from many different Applebee's locations in the past. They were okay at this location. I dont think they really knew how to cook them properly. I know the waiter put our order in correctly, but when they came out and we cut into them my boyfriend and I had to swap steaks. Not a huge deal for us but if it were someone else I was with it could have been weird to swap. Overall it was a decent experience, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Service usually isn't that fast. Amazingly, it's gotten better with Covid, but still not what you get in areas where there's other large chain restaurants to compete with. Seems that being the only kid on the block means you can get away with less. Hopefully the other places moving in near by motivate them to do better.
