The common areas inside the buildings are filthy, they say they have a company that cleans every two weeks I’ve been here 4 months and I’ve seen my hallway cleaned once. The washer and dryer units do not work well, I keep picking up trash in the hallways and outside by the main door. Rent is ok if heat wasn’t included this would not be a place I keep staying, I luckily got a updated apartment it’s still small, but I have a back view of the place not the parking lot. I plan on staying my year and leaving to find a better fit that has cleaner common areas, there is a small park and it’s quite tho.

In the year and few months we have lived here this place has been amazing. the owners got us in here in record time and the maintenance guys are truly superheroes. The snowfall gets plowed right away (even if its 4 in the morning) and the sidewalks are salted for safety. The hallways and stairs are kept clean and tidy every week and the all around experience we have had here has been amazing. The only annoying thing about this place is that the train goes by up to 37 times in one night, but that's not the apartments fault. Thank you for having us!

Place was better with the old owners. At less they wouldn’t just blame people without knowing specially when we have cameras in the building .This place will never get better going that Route. In the winter time the sidewalks and stairs don’t get shoveled. The old owners we’re good with that he would have people shoveling at night when there’s snow falling. He really cared about us. Now the new ones don’t care but they will take your rent money.

I have lived here for years. The parking lots and walkways used to be cleared by 7 am. They used to salt the parking lot. Since the new owners have been here the parking lot has barely been plowed and if they do plow it it’s late in the day. They actually sent out a text saying their plow broke mid job after the last big storm and had no plan ‘b’ we just had to wait until they fixed the plow. They don’t use salt. The parking lot is a death trap. Ice everywhere. They don’t clear walkways until evenings. Old owners used to have the common areas of the buildings cleaned weekly. We are lucky if this happens monthly now.
