!!RED FLAG WORKPLACE!! This place treats all workers horrendously. It’s a family company filled with nepotism. This is an extremely toxic work place. They do not follow safety requirements/rules/regulations (you name it, they don’t follow it). It’s like working at a “click-y” high school. There is zero communication and if they do communicate it’s with aggression and disrespect. They retaliate and treat their workers even worse when anyone mentions that they have been treated unfairly. I am honestly so serious when I say that you should not work here or at the Crystal Clean Auto Detailing-Jenison location. (Crystal Clean is a great company but do not work at the Jenison location as you have a lot of contact with the auction.)
