The people were fine to deal with, however, their customer service needs work. The rental we had at Lighthouse Point Beach Club which was condo 8B had a busted water line and it wasn't something that had just happened it had been "leaking" for quite some time that was apparent. It was so bad that they had to move us (5 of us) on our 2nd day to a TINY (approx 400sq ft) "cottage" on the other end of the island just to move us back to another condo the next day!! So we lost 2 full days of our vacation just moving! It ended up that they had to replace the hot water tank. All they could say was they were sorry offered nothing for our major inconvenience or lost days nor did the owner of the condo! The owners wouldnt even respond to the email that was sent. We even called VRBO ....nothing. So disappointed in our first visit to Tybee Island.

I rented Brass Rail 204 June 20 thru 24. Very nice condo, however I reported clothes dryer didn't work first day. Called rental office and they sent repairman. He replaced heating element and left without saying anything (I was sitting on deck, he knew it). Tried drier still not heating, called she was to check and call me back, never heard a word. Next day, same thing. I asked for more towels, she said I would have to come get them. So, I paid for condo with dryer and came home with dirty clothes. COMMON COURTESY SAYS A PHONE CALL IF JUST TO SAY DRYER CANNOT BE REPAIRED!
