Inspect your vehicle carefully after leaving. Entered this car wash with all parts intact. Left without a fuel door cover. Returned to inquire and was told it was probably thrown out. No refund offered, nor an apology. Adding insult to injury, my rims were still dirty afterward. Would not recommend. UPDATE: After returning based on the owners comment, I was given my door cover back, damaged and non-functional. I had to pay a body shop to glue it back on because one of the clips was no longer there. I never had a problem with the door before bringing it to the car wash and it was firmly attached the day before when I got gas. I returned the offered gift certificate with my phone number for the owner to make it right. He never reached out.

I brought my two week old car to this establishment. My family had thrown over thirty dollars in cash in the back seat for good luck. After I got home, I checked the car, all the money was gone. Called up Mr Suds, said they didn’t find any money and wouldn’t do anything about it.

Came here asking for TWO things and TWO THINGS ONLY. I said I didn't care about anything else. All I cared about was: 1) Wash Shampoo the floor carpet 2) Clean candy out of seats. I called the place before going in AND I talked to one of the guys before cleaning and both said "sure, no problem". They charged me 50 bucks and I came back when they said they were done. I go to check in the backseat and the candy residue remains UNTOUCHED. While I was checking this one of the guys saw this and said "sorry, no problem I will take care of this" and removed the gum the back seat. I also tell him the carpets are UNTOUCHED, to which they respond that they only do floor mat cleaning and I had no floor mats so they can't do anything. Overall: I would NOT recommend wasting 50 dollars like I just did. Just go to razzle dazzle 5 minutes away.Hi Mike, I am sorry that you had a bad experience at my car wash. I have been the owner of the car wash for 19 years and I am not in the business of taking people's money, if they are unsatisfied. I will leave a gift certificate for the works and the body gloss at the cash register with your name on it. That value is roughly $50. The last thing that I want to hear is that you feel like you wasted your money. I am not sure what happened with your simple requests, but please accept my apologies. Have a good night.
