I stayed for three nights at the Hilton Gardens Inn Roslyn. I found the hotel to be very clean and bright. There were two small, but cute patios with comfortable chairs in an area that was serene that you could sit in. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was a Keurig coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge in the room and big closet. The bathroom was big and the shower was great. I enjoyed the 24hr market that you could get snacks, yogurt, cereal, beverages, frozen foods, coffee, etc. I also had the breakfast for $16.99 and ate dinner at the restaurant. The wait staff for both were very nice and efficient. Also, I used the app to check in 24hrs before and my room was ready when I arrived. I would return for future stays.

The department which handles room blocks for weddings is an absolute disaster. I worked with Stefanie and the communication was poor throughout (no response for 2+ weeks, following up multiple times, getting an email back from her that was a complete sentence was like pulling teeth) but she reassured me every time we spoke that everything was "all good" and I really thought everything was "all good" up until 3 days before my wedding. I just happened to login to the Hilton Honors website to check my booking and I noticed the reservation that I had booked via Stefanie for the premium room which they dub their "bridal suite" had changed. They had us checking out of that room on our wedding morning and moving to a different room. I looked back at my confirmation email from June 2021 to make sure I wasn't going crazy but sure enough the reservation had changed, with absolutely no notice from anyone, no email that my reservation had been modified, no phone call. If I hadn't checked the website we would have been in the middle of getting ready for the wedding with no idea we were supposed to check-out that day and go into another room. We had 9 girls + 4 person hair/makeup team which is why we needed the premium room. Stefanie was away so she couldn't be reached when I called. I spoke to Megan who said "something happened last weekend with the premium room's availability" AKA they overbooked it. They let me and the girls stay in the room and get ready until we had to leave for my wedding at 1:40PM but it was extremely stressful having to run back and forth moving our stuff into a new room when we were on such a time crunch. I completely filled my 50-room block and booked an 85 person brunch the next day and this is the kind of customer service that is provided here. They wouldn't even comp the room for their mistake...The hotel itself is nice but do not trust the sales staff when they tell you that you're "good to go" or everything is "all good".

Hilton Garden Inn is a good solid brand. I have stayed in many of them from CA, to NY and in between and they always deliver a good experience. This Roslyn location was good, easy to find and get into Port Washington or Great Neck. The place was well kept, not a dirty window or door handle in the place. The staff, for the most part was pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful well run hotel. Every amenity you would want. Rooms are large and well decorated. Perfect for groups. Staff incredibly attentive. Will be back again and again.

Diane I don't know but you could phone and ask
3pm/11am, although they had no issue with us checking out a little late at noon.
