The seats were comfortable and in good condition. The theater was not cleaned after the previous showing. Based on the trash seen and the number of people leaving the previous showing, I guess the theater was not cleaned after the previous 2 showings. There was a good selection of current movies available.

There's always a seat even if you decide last minute to grab a movie. Kid friendly theater.

Not sure whether you mean reserved seating as in tickets that guarantee you a seat in a new release movie. Yes to that one... you can buy tickets ahead of time online or prior to a Showtime. If you mean reserved seating as in accessibility for certain special needs yes they have plenty of that. hope that helps
