Food is great. But service is really horrible. There was one person in front of me and instead of telling telling me it'll just be a few minutes the employees just ignored us. I literally waited about 10 minutes for someone to look at us.

Slow service, line moves slow and one lady in particular has botched my order more than once and is unfriendly unless she knows you very well ( regular customers I guess). She's served people on line behind me more than once. Really annoying. Owners and other staff are nice and the bagels, muffins and food from the grill are good.

Mask and distancing
Hello, Mr.Diaz We are very sorry this happened and you had a bad experience. We investigated this matter and figured out that we get delivered different sausage and we kept it separately to return it but new guy brought out to serve. I had to mark it for "return" to make sure do not use them, it was my fault. We are trying to keep the all foods fresh especially like in this hot summer weather.
