I usually don’t post reviews but saw all the negative reviews on here and wanted to put my experience. I had a 9:00 am appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes early and there were seven cars ahead of me. I was processed within 12 minutes and everyone was very pleasant. I would definitely come back to this location again.

Employees were condescending to my elderly mom and myself when we asked a question. The last two times I’ve come it’s been the same thing. If I could give no stars I would. I mean if you hate your job and dealing with people who are sick then get a new one. Don’t be rude. I get we all have bad days but I don’t have time for rude people. I won’t be back there again nor do I recommend this location.

Very disappointed and quite deflated I decided to use this service. They are a makeshift money-making operation situated in a remote parking lot working out of a trailer; no personal protection equipment other than procedure masks. I have experienced far more comprehensive COVID testing at far more legitimate testing sites. This system is inferior in all phases and they still gouge the public. After taking a rapid at-home antigen test, they handed me the exact same swab to do the exact same protocol. It was a true waste of $199. They fail to clarify CDC guidelines that would be most helpful for people trying to get back to work, such as myself. They clearly prey on the desperation of people who need any proof to clear themselves of potential risk of infection. They lack any humanity, and the people that own or that work at this testing location care very little about your personal well-being. Avoid
