Stay away from this place. Try Sehatu Sleep or Sutter Sleep Disorders. This place did a poor job with fitting, then put me on auto-refill against my stated request, then repeated after I caught it, then refused to accept return of a supply package that I got due to them auto-refilling. They do not seem honest on top of not being helpful. The first person I met with was polite but the fitting was terrible. Check out the other reviews.

If you want customer service good luck. It seems that after they get the initial insurance money they have no interest in continued help. They dont answer text, email, or phone messages. If you do get someone to answer the phone they speak poor english and cant help you. Once they told me that I had to come to the roseville office to sign insurance paperwork (a 1 hour drive from my house) only to tell me never mind when I got there. Rude people who dont care

When I entered the building I was greeted right away by a gentleman who worked there. He was very friendly. He took me to my reserved room and told me the procedures of the study. He told me Leilani will be helping me for the night. Leilani was my sleep study analyst and she was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They even have a fan in the room. She explained all the steps from the evening until the morning (Basically hook up wires from me to a small monitor until 6am and try to sleep). She kindly woke me up, made sure I had all my belonging and I left. The only complaints I have is the bed makes squeaky noises and the pillows weren't too comfortable.

I have been getting messages to contact them for three weeks. I try to call and I get. The voice mailbox is full. So I try another. Get the same message. I do t care for this place any longer. They act like they are doing you a favor. Time to call my Doc back and tell him to refer me somewhere else.

I would call the office and give the PSR department your info. Just know there is roughly a month to two month wait due to back-up.

How noisy was the apparatus if partner is a light sleeper? Can you get a portable, light weight apparatus for travel and how noisy are they? Thank you!

My machine is quiet. Can't tell it's on.

What is the general fee for sleep study, do you bill Insurance Co., and do I need an official referral from my primary care Dr. Do you sell the equipment

Hi, I was alerted to this thread as I also had a sleep study performed here. Our insurance company covered it with a minimal co pay. I was also referred by my primary care physician. If you call them they can provide you with the answer to your payment concerns. They use advanced equipment and monitor your sleeping on the hour which provided myself and my doctor with the important data to address my sleep apnea. Hope that helps and good luck!
