The woman who processed my returns was extremely pleasant, made it so quick and easy! I wish I caught her name. The person who was waiting in front of me was not so nice, she handled it very well despite their use of foul language over a simple return.

Everyone was wearing a mask, saw several people with gloves, and I saw one woman with a spray bottle wiping off a counter. So seems legit to me.
