We were in the store for over 30 minutes people walked by we tried to get their attention and nothing.. We finally had to go up and ask somebody to come and help us they didn't know anything about the shoes or what would help different things or what the arch support was for. My husband told her exactly what he wanted which was a Tennis shoe and she asked if he would want a boot. They need training bad.
