Holiday Rancho Village staff are all the most caring, helpful individuals to residents and families. The building is very nice and well kept with many activities for the residents.

MY AUNTIE OF 67 IS LIVINGT HERE WHERE SHE IS HAPPY, BUT, HAS COMPLAINED THAT SHE CANNOT GO OUTSIDE WITH HER CANE FOR WALKS AS THERE IS NO WALKING PATHS NOR MINI PARK WITH BENCHES AS ALL RECREATION IS INSIDE AND, TIRED OF BEING COUPED UP! HER ROOM IS NICE AND REGULAR. I DID SEE THAT THE HALLWAYS ARE WIDE ENOUGH GREAT FOR WHEELCHAIRS ALSO, SAW MANY WERE DEPENDENT, ASSISTED CARE LIVING HERE. P.S. MY OVERALL 1 STAR WAS DUE TO YES, VERY NICE AND ELEGANT BUT, VERY DEPRESSING AS WELL!! NEEDS AN OUTSIDE ACTIVITY AREA, VENDOR MACHINES, A WALKWAY, MUSIC, ETC., LINDA M. TSECITIZEN'CELEGANT, WIDE HALLWAYS, ROOMS ARE BIG, FOOD IS DELICIOUS

Although this place is well-kept with decent-sized apartments and near many amenities, it is definitely not a "vibrant retirement community"; in fact it's a bit depressing. I would call it just a step above assisted living. The vast majority of residents are not independently mobile, and are dependent on some form of daily in-home care and assistance. There are no outdoor amenities or activities at all (no walking paths, pool, lawn games, horseshoes, etc). All indoor activities are stationary - bingo & other games, chair yoga, beanbag baseball. Excursions are few, and do not include most community events such as plays, concerts, festivals, lectures, etc. There is little in the way of intellectual stimulation, and most residents seem content to be simply existing. Food is pretty good, but meal schedules are rigidly structured. Good for the elderly & semi-dependent, but not for "vibrant seniors."

Assisting the seniors has being a good experience. During the pandemic and after the pandemic. Personnel really care about their senniors, and are ready to help at all the time.
