I very much hope that whoever has been writing the awfully rude replies no longer owns this company. Not taking complaints seriously and saying people are slandering your work instead of taking accountability for your employees actions is very telling as to the attitude in their workplace. I had this company hired by my college for a field trip, and it was about 3 hours there and back. I would not hire this company as my own choice, and I will definitely let the organizer know that I did not feel very comfortable or safe with the driver I had. The customer service was lovely, very polite. The driver was perfectly amicable. However, a family member to the company was allowed to join on the ride, someone I did not know would be there. I do not think this is a carpool service, and I would expect a degree of privacy when it comes to services regarding my disability and transportation. It would be like performing a private lyft ride while dropping your kid off at school. Both the driver and guest were polite, but I was uncomfortable that there was a person I did not expect to be there. It also meant that nobody on my school's team was able to ride in the car with me, so we got lost at one point on the ride there without their guidance. I was also under the impression that the company did not ask my school for permission to have another unregistered guest on this field trip, which is quite rude in my opinion. Also, unknown to me, the driver was speeding almost the entire way home. My partner was able to see the spedometer, and I wasn't, but I did feel very harsh breaks and turns. My partner also expressed concern that the driver swerved every time that they saw a motorcycle. It did not make either of us feel very safe to have a driver speeding and swerving. I noticed quite a few of these reviews are from family members of disabled people, and not the disabled people who receive the rides themselves. Please listen to people's experiences, and book with another company to protect the safety and dignity of your disabled family and friends. I would hate to hire a company and then not feel heard when I expressed concerns, and be told that my reviews are slanderous or lies. Disabled people are already not listened to enough, and the replies here just make the issue worse.

My driver was picking up 3 of us all going to the same clinic and he was very nice and wasn't rude, or rushing us at all. I didn't get his name but I would definitely ride with him again. One of the passengers needed to go to the restroom and he stopped at 7-11 first and she wasn't allowed but he then stopped at Shell off Greenback Lane and the nice worker gave her a key and let her use it. 😊😊😊

We love you MedStar! MedStar has been transporting my sister,, to and fro, for 15years. Dispatch is wonderful, the drivers are wonderful and we especially love the owners. Thanks for always getting our most precious sister where she needs to be safely. We couldn’t ask for better service.
