Beautiful park to relax, have a picnic, play team sports on a field. It's also quite well known to be a dog park. Good place to enjoy the sunset too.

Yes, dogs are allowed. At various times there may be City officials coming through who could cite you if your dog is off leash... That said, if you're there at a non-busy time you'll typically find a few dog owners playing fetch or walking their dogs off leash.
