If I could give this hotel a zero I would. I had a wonderful stay the first time at this hotel. I booked a queen sized bed with a whirlpool tub and everything was perfect. When Valentine’s Day came around I booked the same kind of room expecting that same perfect experience. But instead I got -a dirty bathroom -leaking tub And last but not least! BEDBUG on the bed. Picture confirmed by my exterminator brother I told the front desk and they were very sympathetic and offered me another room, but we opted to go wash our clothes at a 24 hour laundromat to ensure we didn’t bring the bugs home. I was only at the hotel from 4-11pm and I got charged for a whole night. Got in contact with the manager to ask for a refund and she said “I see you’re from Manchester” and proceeded to tell me that I brought the bedbug. I live on the north end of Manchester and I checked my entire home after that. Never had any signs of them before OR after my visit. Disgusting insinuation and profiling because of my city of residence. My final complaint is the presence of homeless people around the hotel and inside the lobby. Very dirty and gross

The staff here are super nice and can work through issues (like computer problems) in a professional manner. The lobby, general area and the breakfast area are very well kept. The room I had overall was nice. When I first entered, there was a bit of a funky moldy smell coming from the air conditioning, but that seemed to dissipate as the night went on. The king size bed was comfy, but there were four pillows roughly the size of throw pillows that were pretty smooshed. Would have been nicer with normal sized pillows or king sized. The sink and mirror vanity area outside of the bathroom was nice and well stocked with good toiletries. The toilet and shower were in a small room next to the vanity and has a door for privacy. This is great for when someone is using the bathroom and someone else needs to brush their teeth or put on make-up, etc. The shower looked like it hadn't been updated in at least 10 years and it didn't drain well. There was significant rust coming from the chrome fixtures. That seemed odd as the rest of the room looked well kept. Water pressure was a bit light (probably because I was on the second floor), but it held temperature at 10AM. In the main part of the room, there's a fairly large refrigerator and small microwave for your use. The TV was older, but worked well. I didn't see any USB ports for you to plug in a Roku stick or Fire stick for streaming your video collection. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you want to be near the airport. The location is definitely nice as your out of the city, but close enough to get food within a 10 minute drive. For breakfast (if you're not taking advantage of the free hotel breakfast), I highly recommend the Bacon Barn 5 minutes south. The Backyard Brewery next to the hotel is great for lunch or dinner. On the other side of the airport is the Airport Diner which is always good. And if you're looking for great Mexican food, La Carretta 5 minutes up the road from the hotel is also an excellent choice.

The employees checking us in accommodated every need in our group of 8. The free full breakfast was as to be expected but still good. Clean roomy rooms but I did find the beds a bit hard. The kids enjoyed the pool, and arcade while us adults enjoyed the hot tub. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if in the area.

Wonderful room, lots of space. We had a king with a foldout and there was plenty of room. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful! That's not too mention the delicious hot breakfast and the cookies! I would definately go back!

Agreed. A few years ago our boxer came along with us! However, I made it a point to mention this prior to booking our reservation. Just an FYI, Laquinta in Manchester, is also pet friendly!
You have to call
No, but there is one within walking distance.
