Since I moved in I have had nothing but problems. The neighbors here will either cause a disturbance with very loud music from 10pm until 4am sometimes, there are roaches outside and inside the units which Lexi the property manager will try to blame on the tenants and not take responsibility, they keep having issues with the 3rd party payment system when you try to pay…they don’t have security cameras here so people will steal your belongings. I probably won’t get my security deposit back for posting this but whatever, people need to know about this place. For a few more dollars I could have moved into a 2bd 2bth Apt but it was too late since I had already signed the lease. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.

These apartments were nice but the downfall of that place is it has Cockroaches in the apartments as well as outside. The Landlord will not inform you till after you have the keys and have moved in, which is unfair! The TV/internet service is only available through COX just cause they have a contract with them which is not right to any occupants on property! Hotel TV here we come....
