I went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and I was charged. Then they gave me my food and someone else's food. I told them and then the manager tried to make it sound like it was my fault. Terrible customer service.

It appears that customer service is not prioritized here in California. This location in particular has a middle management employee that is very rude and unprofessional. It makes a patron not have a good experience at JIB.

Tea it should be put in the bag. The chicken club sandwich is probably a new item so there told to push them. Plus they have secret shoppers come in to see 🙈 if the specials are being pushed out. I worked there when I was a teenager. You can also get prizes for pushing out the specials
