Great classes, but if you are not friends with the trainer they wont give you extra help. I've seen the trainers help during classes, the pretty girls or the people they know. Sad, I had high hopes about this place. Yes, Lancaster location.

I pay $129 a month. They offer really good intense classes. You will definitely see a difference in your body as you workout consistently and of course eat clean. most days. The manager will let you try out the gym for a few days. 🙂
