Pros *The lobby staff was awesome, he was funny knowledgeable and super friendly. *parking was super convenient to any room as they put you in specific lots to coordinate with your room. *the food was very good. We had the breakfast which was buffet style. The dining room was clean and the staff very friendly. We also had a dinner and the food was amazing. *We had messages and that was amazing. From the spa area to the staff it was all great. *The room was clean (besides a couple things I'll put in the down side) *the gondola was great. (Exspensive though) *disc golf was very pretty and very affordable. *they have incredible bike tracks. We didn't use them but they seemed amazing. *the views on the front of the place is beautiful, and they have a beautiful river running across the front of the property, with a grand entrance to the property. Cons *The coffee pot in the room is unsanitary, like mold, and build up from like the 90s. * because of covid the cleaning staff won't come into your room so if you stay more then a couple days you will have to go out of your way to get new sheets or towels and have trash build up. *there is construction going on. Which is nice they are always improving but our room looked out over the construction. For the price I would have hoped they might have put us In a spot that wasn't too loud. (They were not at max capacity) *the balcony was so loud it wasn't even enjoyable to sit out there. The ac from two rooms where out there and man they were the loudest ones I've ever heard. On top of the construction that was right in front of the balcony. Literally brutal. *the bed is hard. Like hard hard. If you like that then it won't be con for you. But it was for me. *the locker rooms were kinda gross and starting to look run down. There was a weak spot almost hole in one of the showers on the floor. And the whirlpool/hot tub looks like it needs a good scrubbing.

We had a standard room with king sized bed. The views from the balcony were marvelous and the staff were very nice and accommodating. However the bed was very firm and slightly uncomfortable, and the most disappointing part was when we realized there is NO mini-fridge in the room if you don't get a suite. For a 3 day stay we had a lot of food go to waste, which was a shame. We tried to get a different room with a fridge and it wasn't possible although I don't know why because I heard that the hotel was at 33% to capacity during our stay. You also cannot ride the gondola unless you pay $25 per person even if you are staying onsite. We also left during one of the days and left our "please clean" card in the door for over 5 hours and no one saw it to come service the room. But we had enough towels so we were OK. The pools and hot tub are awesome, great drinks at the bar, (we ate offsite) and the spa was nice also. Cornhole too! Overall though great place, just get the suite if a fridge is important to you.

Worst experience of my life. Confirmation email states “we enthusiastically welcome service pets”. So we brought our registered service dog. Second night there we got a call that we had to leave because of the dog. They threatened to call the police if we did not leave. We had our 8 month old baby and our 3 year old with us. We were left with nowhere to go and 6 hours away from home. I have never experienced anything like this. The managers Mike and Jeff were extremely rude with my wife and I. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
