I used to go here with no issues. But since the pandemic the service is poor. During my most recent visit I waited for more than an hour before I was seen and after returning to the front desk to ask how much longer before I am seen. The doctor who attended to me was great but a wait of more than an hour is much too long. They have to review the wait times, especially when there was literally 3 patients in total.

Kind of a clunky contactless checkin system. Direct but friendly service at the front desk. I worked with Dr Jackson for my consult on a random Sunday, who was great, and answered all my questions.

Kadene was very professional and very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable before seeing Dr. Odekunle. Dr. Odekunle came in and was on point with resolving my issue. I am grateful that Dr. Odekunle was attending that day. He is a great doctor and I would recommend this Urgent care because of Doctor Odekunle.

Reception at this place is dismissive and rude; DO NOT GO HERE! The receptionist needed information and was short which caused me to share feedback. Being told to "calm down" when I didn't raise my voice or speak in any disrespectful way is a testament that this location needs some "Implicit/Explicit" bias training.
