Beautiful ❀️ Great rooms with flat screen TVs, full kitchen Murphy beds trundles, Queen or King size . Pool, gym, sauna & hot tub. Each guest receives Freedom Pass for as many people that are in their party. Arcade, laundry and snacks on site Plenty of souvenirs to bring home too !

We rented a unit long term for ski season. Stayed for 3 months. Staff was outstanding and incredibly friendly. Room was squeaky clean when we checked in. I will admit, hockey weekends are absolutely brutal and I truly feel bad for the staff. Wrangling 100+ kids and ignorantly drunk parents every weekend has got to be tough. Overall aside from the hockey weekends, it was an amazing experience. Very warm and cozy atmosphere in the building. We will be back next season, and hopefully many more.

We booked 13 plus rooms for a Waterville Valley Hockey tournament. We also paid an extra $200 for a team party rental room. Many families stayed an extra night to ski as well. The lodge had nothing for the kids to do. We paid a resort fee but yet the pool was broken which we were not told until we got there. The staff were unfriendly and quite confrontational. The quiet hours are so strict. The kids are not allowed to make any noise. I am not quite sure why the tournament would continue to require you to stay at this lodge. There were also mice seen in the hallway several times. Hockey teams business was not welcome or appreciated. We would not recommend our program to go back.

No meals are included. There are restaurants in the village (5 minute walk) or you can bring your own food and cook in the room. All rooms have full kitchens with pots, dishes, etc.
